SEMCCORP assisted a City of Philadelphia Housing Agency by providing a technical engineering evaluation of the underground fueling system located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This project was performed to determine the current condition of the fueling system and identify the engineering requirements top optimize future uses. The staff conducted a site visit and collected available data, drawings and documentation regarding the installation and operation of the fueling system to provide the necessary information for the technical evaluation. It was also discovered that soil and groundwater in the fueling system area are required environmental remediation because of a leak in the fuel lines.
